We are a family with a 14 year old child and were seeking to an experience of an individually planned trip, which took us to Shaxi, Shangri-la, Lijiang and Balagezong. She organised us all hotels, the car and driver and guided us through WeChat messages to the sights to see, the hints you need, the places to eat and the topics to know. Hotels were top. The driver was always on time and driving us safely from one spot to another. We also had some change request to stay here and there a night longer and shorter and all was handled very flexible.
